Krishna holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and was the recipient of the Best Business Achiever Award (International) - IT Sector in 2011 from Christ University Institute of Management, Bangalore in recognition of his business initiatives in the information technology category.

He is “Multi-Faceted" known for different identities that is from being entrepreneur to humanist to philanthropist. He has played a very prominent role in the success of Invenger Technologies. He has been credited for his vision of work towards green and pollution-free society and offer sustainable solutions to the community.

KS Pai established and personally endowed the Invenger Foundation, a not-for-profit organization, with a vision of enhancing quality and equity in the public school education system in India, to build a better society. Through his work at Invenger foundation he has enhanced educational opportunities for children living in poverty, improved access to health care for those living in rural villages and provided economic support for women and children who are victims of domestic abuse.

Ramaraj has over 15 years of leadership experience in software development and consulting in North America, South Asia, and India, having worked with organizations such as Zurich Financials (USA), Farmers Insurance (USA), and WIPRO (USA and India). His software development and technology experience encompasses the areas of product strategy formulation, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex, large, and distributed systems.

Ramaraj holds a Master’s degree in Electronics and Communications.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Chandra Mariyal is responsible for driving growth and differentiation across portfolios at Invenger. Additionally, he oversees global delivery, quality and productivity, the supply chain and business enabler functions.

Chandra has over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Invenger in 2012, he has held a number of senior leadership roles such as Vice President - Client Services, Delivery Head, and Global Development Manager, at Majesco and Mastek.Chandra is an alumnus of Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management where is secured his Master’s in business Management, he also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Engineering for the University of Bombay, India.

Ravi Cherukuru is the Vice President and the Head of the products, Insurance and mobility unit at Invenger. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing services and solutions for global clients. He manages critical relationships with client executives, industry analysts, deal consultants, and anchors the training and development of key personnel. Ravi is responsible for crafting and delivering business and technology solutions, while working with a globally distributed set of associates.Ravi has performed multiple roles in business unit management, delivery management, sales, and client relationship management. His contributions have been recognized internally in the areas of sales and account management, customer satisfaction and people development.

Ravi is an alumnus of Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management where is secured his Master’s in business Management.

Kamal heads the BI/DW delivery at Invenger. He comes with 15 + years of extensive experience in implementing and architecting Enterprise wide DW&BI solutions across domains ranging from Banking, Insurance, Retail, Automobile, HiTech for multiple customers across geographies. He also has had extensive experience in cross functional areas, including Program/Portfolio Management, Account Management, Transition Management (strategic global outsourcing), Consulting, leading and managing large teams, across diverse verticals.

Kamal holds a bachelor’s degree in software engineering.

In his experience spanning over 15 years, Guru brings a rich blend of diverse strengths encompassing Delivery, Operations, Solutions, Competency, Relationship Management, and a strong people orientation. In his current role, he heads the CRM vertical for Invenger, His extensive experience in implementing Core CRM solutions in diverse environments for more than a decade has helped Invenger successfully establish itself has an expert in the CRM space. He is customer-centric and P&L focused with the ability to lead teams through technology and business landscape changes.

Guruprasad holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Giri heads the Web and Mobile practice at Invenger. He comes with extensive experience in development and architecting core Web and Mobile solutions. He also has had extensive experience in Java/.Net implementations, delivery, account management and project management and has led implementations across many clients for Invenger. Prior to joining Invenger, he provided technology consulting to several mid-sized and large firms in India.

Giri holds a Master’s degree in Software engineering and has over 14 years of experience.

In his current role, Narasimha oversees the quality assurance staff and activities related to achieving the mission of the Software Development Organization. He partners directly with the delivery heads of Software Development, Manager of Program Management, and Manager of Application Support to ensure that quality techniques and methods are used throughout the entire product lifecycle for all development conducted by the Software Development Organization. He is also responsible for ensuring Invenger’s adherence to all quality process (SSAE 16, ISO 27001 and IQ Team). .

Narasimha holds bachelor’s degree in Software engineering and an MBA.
